A "device" is any machine with the NinjaIT agent installed — physical servers, VMs, desktops, and laptops all count. Our flat-rate plans include generous device limits (100 to 5,000+), making NinjaIT up to 50% cheaper per device than competitors. If you exceed your plan's limit, we'll notify you and you can upgrade or remove devices at any time.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new pricing applies immediately (prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle). Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
