A "device" is any machine with the NinjaIT agent installed — physical servers, VMs, desktops, and laptops all count. If you exceed your plan's device limit, we'll notify you and you can upgrade or remove devices at any time.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new pricing applies immediately (prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle). Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH bank transfers (US), and SEPA (EU). Enterprise contracts can also be invoiced.
