NinjaIT was founded by IT professionals who were tired of paying for five tools to do one job. We set out to build a single, beautiful platform that handles everything — from monitoring to billing to AI automation.
Our Mission
Today, the average MSP juggles 6-8 different tools just to manage their clients’ infrastructure. That fragmentation slows response times, creates data silos, and wastes thousands of dollars each year.
NinjaIT changes that. We’re building a single platform that spans every layer of IT operations — from the lightweight agent installed on an endpoint to the AI that auto-resolves the incident at 3am.
